What is Fresh Start Healthcare, LLC?
Fresh Start Healthcare, LLC (formerly Breath of Fresh Air) offers a wide variety of educational and training classes to help students obtain certification for employment in the healthcare professions.
Can I really make a career out of this?
Absolutely. Healthcare is one of the fastest growing fields in the United States, and there is plenty of room for advanced learning to continue your career. Many of our students start as a personal care aide, move up to nurse aide, then to medication aide – each step adding responsibility and earning power.
I can't find your address anywhere – where are you located?
We are based out of Richmond, VA. Our classes are held at a variety of locations; please check the class you are registered for to confirm your location.

Do you have a dress code?
Yes. All classes require dark colored scrubs (navy or black), and the dress code is enforced. Absolutely no shorts or flip-flops are allowed – you must dress business casual until you have scrubs.
Can I bring my cell phone to class?
If you must bring your cell phone to class, all cell phones will be collected at the beginning of class and returned to you during breaks and at the end of the day.
What if I miss a class – can I come to the next one?
In order to successfully complete the course you must attend all classes. Students may make up the clinical portion, though the specific content you missed may not be available. Late arrivals may be denied entry, and classes are not transferable after the first class date.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds depend on when you cancel, measured in business days before the class start date:
